GFS is a bit slower this run.
Selfishly we in GA want it to slow down another 6-10 hours. Lol
18z GFS looks like it's going to go neutral tilt a little sooner than it did on 12z.

GFS looks a lot more like the NAM does over GA....eastern parts of the ATL metro with heavier snow rates at hour 72.
Baby steps....I like the direction were going.

Haha, Nam/FV3/ sucky icon has accumulation for me, but gfs has me 2 counties from seeing 2 in. and gfs shows heavy burst but a dusting also.
KBMx mentions the possibility of a weak wave developing along the front

18z FV3 looks similar to 12z. Maybe a little less precip for N Alabama and a more for GA and central NC.
