Check out the RGEM freezing line southeast of Tallahassee. Maybe the 3k NAM is right and it will be 33F and rain for the capital.

Pretty much where the NAM and FV3 have been showing since yesterday afternoon
FWIW the ICON did as well, not much but at least they aren't going wrong direction. Really seems everything is lining up on a sweet spot, now if we can verify about 30-50 miles west I'd call it a winter

Combine light snow with peak traffic and I-77 and Charlotte drivers in Nissan Altimas/dodge chargers and infinitis and you have major issues

What are the trends looking like? You were all over the model tweaks last night! Are you changing your call map?
Still really like my map tbh, which is crazier because I leaned it more towards the euro a couple days ago which has seemingly been the more consistent model. and i kinda banked on a Nw trend or more expansive precip on the NW fringe

25 with a dewpoint of 8.9. It's thick overcast but no snow. Just placed a heater in the chicken water and collected five frozen eggs.
