Just got home from Fremont and 41 there and 39 Here.
A few flakes seem to be starting to mix in
It is really coming down hard now. It's trying to stick on elevated surfaces but it's a fight right now.You're on the right side of the lake.
Still mixing here w/ rain the predominant precip type on the Wake/Durham line. I feel like I can smell the snow from here though.

I’m glad you’re getting something after you got shut out the last time. I think it’s finally snowing here too!
Flakes mixing in for sure here in Raleigh by the PNC area ... looks like we will get an extra 30 minutes of GRAVY

Top of the car is already covered.
34 now. Porch is turning white fast. Basically snowing faster than it can melt right now. Need it to drop a few more degrees.

35 here and it is coming down at a good rate.
I'm happy to report that more snow than rain is currently falling in this locale as of 142am.
You should be all snow shortly.
Still predominantly rain here in western Raleigh, but definitely a few flakes mixing in

I'm guesing we have .2-.3 accumulation. The heavy band has moved past and now we have much smaller flakes. It looks like we might continues with this light snow for another hour or so.

Ok got a white ground now. Beautiful
37 here and good flakes falling now ... I don’t really know if the radar is favorable or not anymore wor how long it’ll snow but ---------- let her rip!!!!!

You were correct. I think we're all snow here at the county line.
For those just to the S in Raleigh proper, I figure you're just a few minutes away.
Jeez. It's almost 2am and I've got work tomorrow. (Remoting in, but still)
If it goes like it did here, you'll be all snow in 20 minutes or so.
I'm down to 33 and the porch, car, bushes, and grass are now white.

Went from rain to 2/3 snow mix in about 15 minutes here in west Cary. Temp down to 35.8, seems like 35 is the lucky number when we start to switch to all snow.

Nothing compared to what most of you are seeing. But I'm seeing some very wet snowflakes mixed in with rain here in Mooresville. Mostly rain but a few flakes mixing

This is starting to accumulate fast, too.

Something else I've noticed, with the temp down towards freezing the flakes have gotten smaller. A whole bunch of them, but smaller.

Started sleeting here round 2am and took 8 minutes to go over to mostly snow. I knew when the sleet stopped hitting the window the transition was done.
I see a white dusting on the ground here as of 2:09am.
