I say that because there’s little to no CAD, it’s a coastal which usually is rain or snow with a thin sliver of a transition and sleet is almost always a transitional ptype here.

You have to love seeing it getting better and better as we get further down the road. Also the fact that this trended towards a storm slowly instead of showing up as a storm 10 days out and going poof by now makes it more believable.

What website you getting them graphic from. I like to do it for further west. I know the one I was using showing little less snows.
As much as I want it to be it hasn't been that good for a while. I guess it might be on to something here but I'd have to see the icon, gfs, euro, UK, cmc go that way

night/Monday morning we could see a mix of rain/snow or a brief
period of all snow across northern portions of the Piedmont and
northern and central Coastal Plain through around mid morning
(ending from west to east). Given how warm we have been and temps
only expected to cool to near or slightly above freezing do not
expect much, if any impact at all
