mod to heavy sleet, temps very slowly falling to 38.0
Nope, dry as a bone here in kernersville. Still at 43% We're going to be those guys in the snow hole. ?We can't even get a rain drop here. 40.8/26.8
I think we're going to be depended on the coastal low development. We want it to get going quicker and closer to the coast. You can see the orientation of the precip starts to become SW to NE and not west to east as it is now.0.5" precip line shifting towards I85. Looking at the radar it seem that will be tough..IMO. Hopefully it's right.

Im waxhaw/marvin you?You and me both. I think we are in the same area. Western Union County.
Hemby Bridge. Not far, but in these types of situations every millimeter counts..lolIm waxhaw/marvin you?
Pretty good timing with this coming in mostly just after dark. We'd lose a lot of accumulation to melting from sun angle/soil temps/above freezing 2m temps with the snowfall during the day. It would be one thing if temps were in the mid 20s, but with near freezing temps the sun angle would cause more harm. For central NC folks...it looks like heaviest precip sould be between 5pm and 11pm.

We’re at 39 in Social Circle. High earlier this mng was 41. You can feel/hear the wedge. outside. Maybe it overperforms wsnow cover beginning ito our East.Same here in Chastain Park area. ITP really seems to be in a cold pocket. No way we hit mid 40s barring some unforeseen WAA.
