Pattern Fab-February 2020 The dark age

This is rate driven for the RDU folks. Had some heavier precipitation come through and it almost went over to all snow. Lots of slushy rain. I think the English call that sleet.

Went up to my rooftop lobby area on the 10th floor and saw some slight mixing during heavier rates. Using it as an excuse to work up there this afternoon.
 
If north-west wind can kick in earlier overnight to clear the clouds out, there will be serious black ice.
 
39 and moderate rain. The CC line is right where it should be, can't even get an over performer right. If anyone wants my stake in this forum lmk

I feel you. I’ve had the heaviest rain bands over me for the past 15 minutes and haven’t seen a sleet pellet.

I know this may sound like wish casting but after today's surprise, it would be something if the ULL tomorrow night over performed.
