The Navgem has been consistent with taking low further off coast for the last 4 runs.12z NavGem has a track similar to Euro. Just a bit further off shore to help those on the eastern side.

We just need a stronger high and it flatten out and I think we could very well have the first good measurable snowfall in a couple yearsPainfully close to Columbia...
Another good trend on most levels on euroDefinitely worried a threat for ZR could sneak up on you and the Atlanta folks at the last second if this CAD high is really as strong as modeled.
Good to hear. Let’s iron this thing outNice bump south on the EPS snow map so far 126. Matches op.
Ice with some backside snow.Ice will be the biggest concern in Atlanta, not snow correct ?
No faster and more flatter wave. The faster the more cold air to work with.Is a slower system better for us in SC?

What has been the trend (if there is any at this point) speed wise?No faster and more flatter wave. The faster the more cold air to work with.
Yes, there will be more sleet/freezing rain than snow for the ATL area. Far NE GA may remain all snow. Some places may have a mix, depending on temp profiles.Ice will be the biggest concern in Atlanta, not snow correct ?
