My sister, who is in management of a large health insurance company, says she was told by someone reliable claiming inside info that Governor Cooper will be issuing a statewide lockdown this afternoon.

I guess we shall see.

I haven't heard anything about a PC either.... also the county I work in just went from 0 cases to 4 but that's not out there in the public numbers yet.

Yes as long as the numbers fall within your current states gathering mandate. In NC you can but the numbers have to be below 100 people
