Radar filling in nicely so far this afternoon. Looks like many in north Georgia could see a nice soaking.
Good. I hope there's not a storm within 50 miles of me. I won't get anything regardless and I'm tired of seeing towns all around me get slammed. 8.1 for the entire summer so far.

Only problem could be tomorrow where that Derecho to our NW could push a OFB thru our area tomorrow morning and keep coverage down, but not to worried about that right now

Storm that just went through downtown Atlanta was the most intense that I’ve seen all year at least. Heavy rain, pea sized hail, high winds, and intense cloud to ground lightning. Currently without power. Multiple sirens from first responders sounding around the area.

Rain here for the 6th day in a row.....a month ago I could not buy a drop....
We got a man on the ground there, but he always goes missing during the most important times.

I too am without power. Est time is 6 PM. Sounds like they're loaded down. Got 2 inches of rain from the storm.

I refuse to look at a radar again until something changes around here. Which will be winter. But I don't need a radar to tell me I just got shafted by a few miles once again.
