Might have been better (storm strength wise) if it was delayed some into the afternoon. But it'll still be nice to get rain at midday in August.I'm having doubts about any severe weather (over this way) today. Guess I'll see how this first batch of rain plays out
Would be even better if I wasn't at work lol. Would be a great day to sit at home with a fresh cup of java and watch the rain fall don't get those often in August that's for sureMight have been better (storm strength wise) if it was delayed some into the afternoon. I’ve never seen anything like it. This has to be one of the most epic heat waves in recorded history.Excessive heat warnings as far as the eye can see for thr Deep South. ?
Someone pointed out on the radio that after the Tongan volcano scientist said we would warm over the next few years due to the massive amount of water vapor it put into the atmosphere. I'm guessing this is what happened. For me personally, it hasn't been that far from normal. Sure we've had hot stretches but it wouldn't make a list in my books.I’ve never seen anything like it.
