That should be the rule of thumb for winter weather around here.Shouldn't go past 72hrs.
Kind of wild to me we're already through the H name and there hasn't really been a storm of note yet. Have we even had a hurricane yet in the atlantic
Nothing trackable again this season. But be of good cheer. Joe Bastardi predicts 10-15 hurricanes and an ACE well over 200 next seasonKind of wild to me we're already through the H name and there hasn't really been a storm of note yet. Have we even had a hurricane yet in the atlantic
Euro shows it again. Also the CMC and the ICON has it more around the Tampa Bay area as a tropical storm.
That 939 track would be fun.Tracks all over Florida on the EPS View attachment 136380

The NHC has now a lemon for that area that the Euro, CMC and ICON has been sniffing at for the past 2-3 days.Northwestern Caribbean Sea:
An area of low pressure could form in a couple of days over the
northwestern Caribbean Sea. Some slow development of this system
is possible over the weekend and early next week while it moves
slowly northward across the eastern Gulf of Mexico.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...low...20 percent.
