Thank you sir- for whatever reason, it isn't showing for me, but I'll take a look. I think it may be due to my ignore list configuration- I've limited most of my posters to those who live in GA, which means if one of the Carolina boys started a thread, I probably won't see it.

That’s just silly and shortsighted ! Yeah no one and I mean no one should live on the beach ! It’s not sustainable . Or at least dense development isn’t .... bye bye Miami Beach you should read about the millions the city is spending to not lose the island lol. Perhaps smaller scale development on beaches are ok .
