One thing I've notice during recent summers is the radar has been lit up almost consistently throughout the summer... last summer especially. I remember some summers back in the 2000s where we wondered if it was ever going to rain again.

It's so dry around here I now have snakes on my front porch looking for water in the middle of the day

Lol hated to kill it because I think it was a rat snake. But I don't do snakes especially when they're on the front porch!
