That’s even worse , let me guess you eat plain oatmeal warmed up in water inside of a microwave .
Overnight oatmeal. I cook it and leave it in the fridge overnight to heat it in the morning.

5 miles today . I’m astounded by how quick I’m coming back , a 5 mile hike and I left my friends way back in the dust .

Have had lamb meat last 2 nights . I think a good lamb is better than a good steak . Idk lamb is always a lot more tender and juicy .
