Misc 2021 Spring/Summer Whamby Thread

I only meet the best people in Zebulon! I met this guy in the gym , I knew by his accent he was in prison . See accent he had you only get from a prison sentence , finally found out today yeah he was , robbed Remington grill and cookout at gun point . Still on probation I think . I also know a guy who robbed a high school in Raleigh , cardinal gibbons high school to be exact . Really just the tip of the iceberg of the wonderful people I know .

So there is an owl that has learned that the flood light in my yard is motion detected which also sets off the ring alert on my phone. For 2 of the last 3 nights he's had quite the party dancing around to get it to turn on then it scurries away only to come back and turn it on. For the love of God help

Each night just after dark I hear hoo hoo and I just know he's laughing at me not sleeping again

Leave the light on for a few nights in a row.

Yesterday the storms were west of Chatham Co. Today they are east. To hell with it. Drought monitor better have a circle over NW Chatham. Radar estimates stink. Ground is bone dry, even though radar did depict rain over my area, not a drop hit the ground here, and hasn't in a while.

Its one thing to be snowless in winter, its another to not have any rain while others around you have had plenty, and everyone assumes its been wet where you are, including these useless drought maps. Ask anyone growing crops around here and they've had to rely on irrigation. #endrantfornow

How long are the responsible people that got vaccinated and got their kids vaccinated supposed to wear masks to protect those who refuse to get vaccinated? This is ridiculous. So, because half the people refuse to get vaccinated and continue to spread the virus and get sick, the 95% of people who are vaccinated and won't get the virus still have to wear masks to protect those that are unvaccinated. Enough already. If you are vaccinated you should not be required to wear a mask. If you can't provide proof of vaccination, then you have to wear a mask. Case solved. Those that are vaccinated shouldn't have to keep looking out for others who are not vaccinated forever.

um I think vax people are getting it and they can still spread it. You might want to check yourself on the whole responsible thing. I got covid this summer. I was told by my doctor not to get the shot. Case Solved! Some people should get it. Some shouldn't esp kids.

I should stay straight up I'm vaccinated but the thing is now vaccinated people are getting covid... Oops what is the point of this whole thing other than control? It's gonna get to where Covid is like the flu and happens every year probably then what? We don't hold it against you when you didn't get the flu vaccine(I never did)

Your doctor doesn't sound too bright.

This is stupid. How long are those that are vaccinated supposed to look out for those who refuse to get vaccinated? It's ridiculous. Only 5% of the cases are from vaccinated people, and like 99% of those cases don't have symptoms. The rest of the cases are all unvaccinated people spreading the virus and getting sick. Screw them. The vaccinated people aren't spreading it to other vaccinated people and getting sick. The people that did what they were supposed to do can't look out for the idiots forever.
