At the same time ? Pretty sure that is impossible. It's 2020... it wouldn't shock me if there's a snowstorm in Florida while it's in the 70s in Kansas City this year

It's 2020.... NOTHING is impossible. Nothing! Hell, I'm halfway expecting a skyquake at this point. At the same time ? Pretty sure that is impossible.

Yea, but what was your final grade in the "Thumbs up / Thumbs Down" class... ????The 4 semesters of moderating school wasn't so bad. It was the Delete, Edit, Warn, or Ban final that nearly got me. I almost banned too many posters!
105. Got 5 extra points for using the thumbs down, hotdog, and angry trifecta perfectly!Yea, but what was your final grade in the "Thumbs up / Thumbs Down" class... ????

Ground will be too warm, no snow can accumulate! Ask RC !This is the craziest forecast I have ever seen, I would chase something like that, almost 100 to 1-3 inches of snow in 48 hours. 90 for a high and 35 for a low.View attachment 48014
Plus it's still September, Think of the SUN ANGLE!Ground will be too warm, no snow can accumulate! Ask RC !

Overland Park and Olathe is really niceWell I may be moving to Kansas, the suburbs of Kansas City. If i do that would make at least 4 or 5 people on here who live west of the Mississippi.
I would be working on the Shawnee/Overland Park border.Overland Park and Olathe is really nice
Never got into Shawnee. Our warehouses were down in Edgerton so most of my time was spent on I-35 between OP and Edgerton. Experienced a lifetime high of 109 out there. Have you been out?I would be working on the Shawnee/Overland Park border.
I haven't explored the area much yet. I will soon. It seems like the area is cheaper than most parts of the country considering its a pretty nice area to live. Probably cheaper than the northern Atlanta suburbs. The people seem very nice. The people in KC area seem more friendly than in STL or maybe it's just my experience.Never got into Shawnee. Eh what's exciting about it? I doubt many people wake up and say Hastings Nebraska it isHonestly it’s shocking to me the Midwest is not a very fast growing region . South is overpriced and overcrowded . Midwest is cheap and not overcrowded . I want to put signs on I-95 south encouraging people to move to Kansas .
Not that many high paying jobs in the Midwest.Eh what's exciting about it? I doubt many people wake up and say Hastings Nebraska it is

$567 per acre for corn so you really need more the 200 acres to make good enough money. I wonder what the avg field is.
Too painfulDoes anybody ever go in and re-read some of the past winter threads for the fun of it?
