When was the last time we had a snowstorm where the snow stuck on immediately on contact? Besides the first week of January 2018, and I have faint memories of that happening in December 2014.

Fab Feb 2014 was amazing in that regard. Stuck right on contact at 1pm in the afternoon, no less! It helped it was around 20F!
