I agree. I was pleasantly surprised since @WeatherNC is a mod at American. We are so glad you found us over here! Brick, you are right about a couple of others as well. Many folks post in both places which is cool too! Having @Stormsfury posting over here is great as well. We can all get along and have some great weather discussions!

I don't care where they are from. Good posters are good posters. I love reading anything that Larry or Stormsfury post and they aren't from NC. Don't forget that NC has many different microclimates too. The mountain region is very different than the outer banks in terms of weather; it's as different as my area is compared to New York City. All should be welcome!

We have a good base from Dallas to Roanoke Rapids to a cornfield north of IndianaNoPlace to Gainesville ... (Gainesville's a maybe, granted ... :confused:)

I've been "out yankeed" haha as new member Bret is in SE Va... so coming in from everywhere, which explains some growing pains.
