Ignoring the stuff on the back edge of the precip shield the Canadian is starting to pick up on some flurries

I think given the strength of the UL energy, it’s definitely possible, NAMs will probably show it better if the positioning is right with the UL trough

The ECMWF is a no go & is probably correct in that regard. Been saying this for days but unless you're in TN or the mtns of NC, you're way more likely to see severe than wintry weather from this.

It's sad, we get the wave we wanted. It's just too early so the front is not far enough east and the wave goes right over head for the Blue Ridge folks.
