Wintry Winter Storm Dec 7-10

Probably the best GFS run in days regarding this

GFS seems to be all alone right now compared to other models. Time for the CMC happy hour

Who was the meteorologist out of Atlanta that said there was absolutely no chance for snow. 0% chance. And that all the rumors were just garbage a couple days ago... wonder what they a saying now lol.

No doubt the snow line has moved NW some this run. But this black and white chart is like reading a physics book in the dark

Lol, I would not know how to read them at all.

I'm looking at the black and white charts as well, the low pressure is close to the Gulf coast. By looking at the B&W charts... the 12z CMC could be a big hit!

Anything South and East of 85 is very iffy temperature wise and even North and West of there will likely have some mixing issues before it is all said and done

Certainly would be nice to have more snow cover to the north to lock in some more cold air so more of the board could score with this. There's hardly anything from the Lakes eastward south of the Canadian border. This is pitiful.

The CMC has been consistent, looks just like the RGEM that storm posted earlier. To hell with the GFS, lol. I always go with the model that looks best for mby. True weenie!
