Easy and can be explained in many ways …. And none involve chic fila or freeways . It’s called being a good person , loving your family , and maintaining some sort of spiritual balance in your life . None of it involves instantly gratifying behaviors or excesses of money. Just saying , life a ride . Your gon die alone but that doesn’t mean you have to live alone . Build up your family connections , and be a decent human being .

December 2000. That was easy. I was going to get 12" for sure. Ended up with 12 flakes. Horrible, horrible bust. As good as January was, December was that bad.

Well if you were older, you'd have scars like me and RC, cause it was a bust in CLT too. It was a bust at my house near GSO as well.

Nailed the coast plain though if I recall. I'd look up and post the accum map, but I don't know if I should. I might get too emotional. :p

My dad was talking too one of the OG Zebulon residents today live by us .He was telling us about how he don’t see no squirrel or deer no more they all get hit . Talking about heartbreak, he don’t even know who his neighbors are no more , all his friends are gone . The property behind him exchanged hand after hand before a developer got it . Now he is 70 , all alone , with people sending him mail to buy his property and house every week. He said it’s gon look like Charlotte and he hates Charlotte . Y’all laugh but all our modern strife is from the damn suburbs and boring inauthentic generic crap. All the weird crap going on in America , it don’t come from here that’s for sure . No life goin on in these hoods . Just depression and drugs . Laugh all you want but best believe you too will have a sad face if your home, all you ever knew , loved , was ripped up and changed to something unrecognizable that took away all that made it home to you. That’s what’s happening to me .

I feel your pain. I am pretty much a lifelong resident of Southern Wake County and the area I live in has become almost unrecognizable to me with all of the road construction and residential development going on around me. I often get frustrated with the increasing traffic and the desolation of the landscape around me to shoehorn in more people and the fact that there is little I can do to stop it. There is a bright side to everything though, even this dilemma, think about how much your property value is increasing and how much that can do if you ever decide to sell and move to greener pastures one day.

Outright buy mountain property if we sell. No mortgage.
