The GFS on tropical tidbits seems to have normals programmed in 4-6 degrees too cold . In January a high of 44 would show up in neutral colors while a high of 50 would show up in red colors . That’s weird , am I only one who ever noticed that?

I don’t want no more cold miserable rain. But I also don’t want warmth. I want bone chilling cold and heavy whiteout snow! Can we hope for a March surprise maybe a superstorm similar to that of 93?
