I shouldn’t be afraid to say things for fear of the weenie dislike parade ! But yeah I saw the trend to a stronger Aleutian ridge - weaker nao as time progressed on the last run a few hours ago and stayed quiet . Darn it! It was almost as if energy was transferred to the Aleutian ridge .
 
Dang. May be golf weather in a couple days if this trend continues. Wow went from extreme arctic air to this. I'm telling you. The icon is a solid model and picks up stuff right away Screenshot_20210201-232227.png

It’s 9 days away. I’m not sure you can crown the icon based on a forecast that far out in a year where models have struggled with temps even 48 hours out. Come on now.

No need to argue. Just my personal belief. Like someone said earlier the icon hasn't had any true arctic cold runs all day.

I still am . My priorities have just changed over the last few years. I still want a foot in my backyard and want Brick to get nothing . Next week is the second week of February . Days are getting longer so I’m all in

The Canadian was a more reliable model before their "4dvar" upgrade imo, but maybe I'm just salty.

I don't mind you disagreeing. As stated above it's been agreeing with the euro and we all think the euro is the best.
