Wow, east was the place to be with this one. I don’t think I have more than 0.5”, maybe 0.75” at best. Still snowing lightly, but it might be melting faster than it’s accumulating. All in all, pretty disappointing considering official forecasts called for more (I guess we at least got something rather than nothing like earlier this month), hope we can get a legit warning criteria winter storm here this year.It's 2-2.5" on elevated surface and 3" on grassy areas. Tho I am a bit more north latitude wise than you are in Lizard Lick.
I wonder how much would have stuck if it had fallen in the middle of the day ?Despite never getting below freezing we’ve got every bit of 2” on the ground.
Dang, raleigh got the goods! Nothing like that here. Roads a little slushy but not covered.Raleigh; eyewall pic

I guess I need to start cutting all official forecasts in half to figure out how much snow I should actually expect.
Roads don't look bad at all.So I went outside and I think I did get 2" or maybe a little more:

6" and trust me I was sweating bullets hahaI have to laugh. About the only place the GFS got right was RR.
So what was the cutoff for the naked snow dive?

Heavy dusting here. Maybe 1/3" Hard to tell if it was a bit more since I wasn't awake while it was accumulating.Curious to see what everyone’s final max snow accumulations were for this storm. Looks like it overperformed a little in the north-central coastal plain, busted low in/around the Triad
@Webberweather53 0.4" - 0.5" on my cardboard square.
