These highs on December 1st and 2nd from the CMC are hilarious. 20s in Atlanta. Lol
CMC actually would be good for some Convective snow showers, deep trough, steep low level lapse rates with 850s around -15C and surface temps in the mid 30s, which would likely mean LRs are steep

If there's a deep snowpack then it is believable.
Something so satisfying about going from a horrific pattern like the one we just had in early November to going to a good one

While the Canadian operational looks terrible, the ensembles look better, more along the lines of the ICON.

Yeah this is stuff you want to avoid, double barrel jet with a STJ that strong, (sorta reminiscent of Easter Sunday) and a favorable look for severe weather, especially for NC/SC/GA
About as classic you can get for High shear low cape, man the possibilities for that timeframe is very uncertain, lol
