Yup, the southern wave is further south and west on the 0z NAM vs it's 18z run.

@ 51hrs, southern wave a little deeper compared to 12z, northern energy(s) closes the gap by a margin, more evident over MT/Rockies, less confluence in the NE. Still an acceptable level of variability at 500mb 48hrs out but the table is set, just a question of for how many.

Dewpoints seem to be a little lower between the 18z and the 00z run. Splitting hairs, but slight lower DP's

NAM is warmer here, snow is further north in OK
NAM looks warmer through 63 hours.
250mb jet marginally improved from 12 and 18z.
looks way warm, i mean SC is getting real warm

Tell you what, a 1041 high in the prime location for a CAD with precip quickly approaching. Recipe for a strong CAD. ZR/IP will definitely be widespread
