You can see the r/s line sinking southward toward Cola and Flo on the radar if you are in those areas and not seeing snow it wont be long....

Obviously I want to add more but I'll call this a mic drop on winter

Ugh, I'm getting shafted right now w/ moderate precip to my north and south. Smh typical Fayetteville.

Alright I measured, I have 1.5 inches of snow on the ground in North Charlotte. The back end of the precip is heading towards me, I might hit two inches before it's over.

Some fat flakes coming down at a steady or moderate rate for the past 25 minutes. This is why I never give up on winter until around mid-March. I know it's not often, but March can be full of tricks, and we can see snow during this particular month.

That moment when you realize the models are an hour later now

Lol.... btw look at the back edge of the precip trying to ring some moisture out of the atmosphere and guess what it's working... I have a full on flizzard

RDU actually recorded a trace of snow on May 2nd 1939. Wonder how that happened.

Nice to see you actually have snow up there
Yeah for a fleeting minute it almost reached light snow category haha but it's over now and I see thinning clouds just to my north....pulling for you, that band to your west looks good

Congrats on everyone who seeing snow. It's been a bad winter but spring snow made up for it, lol. Hopefully this upcoming fall/winter will turn out better for us.

This is from my parents house in sanford. Might end up looking like this your way soon

Yeah thanks I'm hopeful! Just start to get in on the more legit snowfall rates now, hope the band over western Moore and southern Stanly counties holds up by the time it gets here. We've had nothing but dime-pea sized flakes until the last few minutes, and now we're getting moderate snow. Pretty stoked
