NWS RAH has my D7 high as 62. Fab Feb!!!!
Save your money. Winter has grasped for failure at every opportunity.I haven't even invested in a model viewing package this year. Maybe I'll get one month for Fab Feb, but there's just been nothing notable this year and I don't really care for viewing two-week progs and MJO forecasts.

I live south of 85 most of the time northern Spartanburg will get 5+ in of snow and we'll get about 1-2 and it really sucks how bad the cutoff is here. Here's an exampleTo me....this is how, especially I-20 and south (and the I-85 corridor) can really win at a storm. Over-running storm. Outside of CAD events this, again IMHO, is the BEST way to get a good event.
Gonna be epic when that Feb 7 storm turns into a 60 degree cutter
CMC has been absolute ---- this week honking a winter storm or two while the GFS/EURO said no.The fact people even talk about the GFS past 180 is laughable. It is THE WORST global model by far outside 180 due to the cold bias. CMC is better.
It would be funny if last year 85 and south who got shut out, are the ones who score, while the 85 north crew are the ones shut out.View attachment 32392
Can we MAYBE make it 5 days with this general look or better? If we can I'm going to need to figure out a way to potentially get myself up to Lincolnton or maybe Greenwood, and both are not trips where other arrangements would be needed. Either an excursion with a friend, lying to my parents, or getting my dad to agree to just drive me (and my mom and the mom would be the hard part).
Edit: Only problem is its nighttime wet snow here. Ugh.
What would be awesome is if the entire SE got a snowstorm! It would be funny if last year 85 and south who got shut out, are the ones who score, while the 85 north crew are the ones shut out.
I-85 is such a loose term. For NC, shut them out and bring the southern I-85 people like us in ATL and N GA into the game too. In a good scenario I'd root for a nice Miller A for my benefit like Dec 2017. Haven't seen snow since that winter. It would be funny if last year 85 and south who got shut out, are the ones who score, while the 85 north crew are the ones shut out.

It doesn’t hurt as bad when you expect it to happen, and that’s the honest truth.

We’ll miss you man. Pop in to track some severe with us from time to time. It’s usually pretty lit here in the spring and summer. @Myfrotho704_ brings the noiseYeah, my model watching has already slowed down the past week or so. It's going to come to a screeching halt soon....very soon.
Issa joke my guy, well idk because warmth always seems to verify whether it’s 20 minutes out or the CANSIPS jan 2021 forecast366 hours out....
Geez...we can crank out some Npac ridges. Atleast the EPO is negative....lot of good it will do us.
