Glad I’m taking a trip to Maine next weekend. Still haven’t seen a flake since I lived in DC 2 years ago.
you might need to think about shoveling that. That's a lot of weight.
Brick??Come on guys how many times have we seen a snowstorm a week after lighting? Models often lose these storms before bringing them back then losing them again then bringing them back again then losing them then bringing them back then losing them before bring them back one final time. I think we will get snow soon.
I'm giving it another 2-3 weeks on the models before I clock out and go spring mode. Token flakes are not a win in my book IMOI’m out on the early week disaster. It was fun tracking something though
I dont have much to add either but love to read about winter weather and what other thinks.Idk, I don't have much more to add to the forum, but I'd like to participate.

Actually, a trip to Maine is tentatively in my early March plans.Glad I’m taking a trip to Maine next weekend. Still haven’t seen a flake since I lived in DC 2 years ago.
Do you think we’re even gonna see anything this winter? I bet we get blanked.First of the sh♡t runs for SC today....joy
This is not there year
I have my doubts...still holding on for Feb tho because Webb says it has potentialDo you think we’re even gonna see anything this winter? I bet we get blanked.
Did you trace the IP to see where it was coming from? Can you tell us it was Logan Elliott without telling us it was Logan Elliott?

Not surprising, and it probably is someone over there, but its so easy to run it through a VPN locally. I guess as long as you blocked it is the important part. The 103 part tells me China.
It really never was without a last second miracleWhere is my “this was never our storm” comment
Don't forget about Awesome April....Yeah this is a really good look at this range. Y’all be patient. Fab Feb and Manic March still on schedule View attachment 141720
I hate when you have the best players on the field but still don't score. Just a waste. And it feels defeating because it seems we get the best players on the field less and less often every winter. Instead we get the Carolina Panthers and have to hope for a major upset win.I think the final days of January, we will likely begin to put all 834 pieces back together to get a favorable pattern look again. But we will start our journey over again. It's wild how we wait and wait for the great pattern, we get a couple days from it actually being here & it feels over literally before it even starts. I remember it feeling the same way before our Arctic airmass came in last December. Once we knew it wasn't going to do anything & that we wasted it, it basically felt like it was over.
At least areas to our West will get 1-2 events from this. But it's pretty obvious that 90% of the people on this forum aren't from the Mid South or Western Deep South regions.
I don't think it matters anymore, just like it doesn't matter if we're in a Nino or Nina. These days it just comes down to luck here. The super terrific epic start to January pattern resulted in nothing but cutters for us. By the time January ends the monthly composite will look epic and we will be scratching our heads on how the interior Carolinas went snowless with such great "blocking". ?
I am beginning to think blocking is for suckers...

Foiled again! You ruined my plan to hold the board hostage for a million dollar ransom. I know SD is good for it.
I take that as not much for NC on the "2nd storm"?I can't wait to see the Euro give more snow to the Mid south here in a couple mins for the end of the week. it's going to be awesome.
