Anchorage has stolen our snow this year. They set a record for the earliest occurrence of 100” of snowfall in a season. They have had 9 feet so far.

Wasn’t 2018-19 an El Niño ? I don’t recall if there was a lot of snowfall in the southeast that winter ?
When winter is over, people will realize we missed out on probably our best chance in many years next week

I'm coming to the conclusion that every pattern sucks in the SE in regards to snow.
These last two years have got me salty AF.
It's always been about Timing.
But we can't even time a storm in a very good pattern now.

At the end of the winter when you do a composite 5h anamoly map for January and February combined, it's going to be absolutely text book perfect. If we,(non-mountain GA/SC/NC), completely whiff during the time, well... it'll suck.
