It's all or nothing on the GEFS members. I counted two major snowfalls, one minor and a couple of light powders in SC by the coast, of all places. Most of the members are just plain rain for everyone but the mountains.
My in laws passed away in late 17.
They didn't sell that property till May of last year.
Turned a very good profit.
If you can sit on it,
It will increase the value exponentially.
Really just depends on how badly you need the money.

Our real Winter storm is only about 16-17 days away.

Last winter combined with this one has beat me down.
I'm generally a realist.
I just don't see it.
