I'm still not punting December, or at least not all of it. We most likely won't see snow but we probably will have colder periods, not as cold as last year but I feel good about us at least not torching December.

Well Cosgrove mentioned 09-10(Tulsa had 22 inches of snow that winter...)

The NWS has revamped the criteria for Winter Storm Warnings, releasing a new map to serve as the basis for winter storm watches and warnings across the U.S.

This is interesting. I’m not sure if this necessarily better than it already is.

In my area went from 4in to 3in for wsw criteria
Down to 2" here.

You should get more with higher elevation.
Its night and day where I live and the Atlanta airport, its kind of hard to believe.
