Man what did I say???? If Augusta jackpots at 100+ hrs you know that sucker is coming NW and even ATL might be too far SE by verification
Much appreciated. Don't worry, we will either crash it in the ditch or hand it over the MS gang.Check the visor. I put them up there on Monday ?
Fun while it lasted
That’s a wild mapI think this weekends event will closely mirror this event IMO Will have to gain elevation to see accumulations.

You’ve come to the right place.I hate weather.
I remember that storm real well. Around March 24th 2001or so or in that realm. Started out with heavy snow and sleet and picked up a quick inch then changed over to heavy rain the rest of the storm while the mountains next door got hammered with over a foot in places. That’s a wild map
I mean parts of N GA are above 3,000' in elevation so is it really that unusual for them to get more snow than you ?I swear if N SC and GA get heavy snow while I get rain in GSO I’m gonna lose it. That’s not how it’s supposed to work!!!
Sorry, I’m taking like Augusta and Atlanta lol.I mean parts of N GA are above 3,000' in elevation so is it really that unusual for them to get more snow than you ?
Where did this guy come from? I told you a couple years ago once you grew up and lived though some major disappointment that optimism would fade!If you’re expecting snow with this don’t. Consistent and constant trends away from any cold air .. this is one of the warmer upper low set ups I’ve seen. If you're holding out hope for the GFS and NAM .. don’t they’ll die on a hill showing snow until hour 0. If you do get snow consider yourself one of the lucky few outside of the mountains. Sorry to be the webby downer on this one but no cold air is a coffin stuffer.
We're due you had your good year last year!I swear if N SC and GA get heavy snow while I get rain in GSO I’m gonna lose it. That’s not how it’s supposed to work!!!
#43It's getting so that having a severe storm or even a tornado warning in winter is more common than snow here.
It's been bad these last few years. You can blame three years of a la nina pattern. But we did have:Had a great Jan 2018, even with temps 34 degrees still was able to get 8 inches of snow. Since then it’s been zilch. 5 years of nothing winters. NC just ain’t what it use to be.
It was an okay year, but I got fringed twice and we still didn’t reach our snowfall average, so not ideal. We're due you had your good year last year!
I'm a big nina supporter. We've had a number of close calls the past 3 years that either ended up passing harmlessly OTS or we just weren't cold enough. Had we converted on the clipper after Christmas, the wave last weekend, the big wave that just missed the end of last January or the systems that ended as snow the year before everyone would be singing a different tune. No matter what you think of GW/warming I'm not here to argue that our return period on plowable snow especially for areas that missed on the late 2010s big ones is coming due and we will score big again. Sometimes things just suckIt's been bad these last few years. You can blame three years of a la nina pattern. But we did have:

This year you can say we've been unlucky in a bad pattern winter.
It has been bad, but it was even worse in the early 1990s, somehow. So just remember it can always get worse. ?Had a great Jan 2018, even with temps 34 degrees still was able to get 8 inches of snow. Since then it’s been zilch. 5 years of nothing winters. NC just ain’t what it use to be.
Haven't seen 6 inches of snow in 14 years over 6 in 21 years I'd say I'm due. We're due you had your good year last year!
Ugh, it sucked living in Florida when that happened. ?It's been bad these last few years. You can blame three years of a la nina pattern. But we did have:

Copperhead?
What color was the underside? I get the red belly water snakes that look like that. The bellys aren't red usually some kind of muted orangeAnd so it begins...my wife is ready to move and torch the house.
