I don’t know; to me that may be the most sensible thing I’ve heard from anybody in this whole debacle.

Probably a lot of people wanting to egg them right now.
 
Not to change the subject but China must be wondering if its time to take Taiwan. If i were president i would make damn sure Taiwan had the most advanced anti-ship and anti-aircraft missiles.

Putin wouldnt be doing the charade hes doing now if the former was in office. That speech yesterday by Puttin has a lot of language directed right at the white house. Biden, is very comprimised. When we left everyone out to dry with the Afghanastan debacle, the wolves smelled blood.
That move there alone and how it was made was the biggest blunder in us foreign policy history.

I know all eyes are on Ukraine, as they should be, but wonder what actions Finland will take in the future. They have 800+ miles of border with Russia and not in NATO.

 
And to think back around 2000ish, there was some crazy talk suggesting Russia could join NATO. I don't think that was a ever a serious possibility of that, but it does show how much any residual bad relations from the cold war had thawed by then. Also shows how much our relations with Russia have deteroriated since.

Guess not but what a surprise it would have been had they dropped one on a convoy moving into Ukraine
