Tropical Tropical Storm Nestor

Not really, models have been fairly consistent and the track of the storm is pretty straight forward, the larger question is the speed and the dynamics of the precipitation shield.
Nothing crazy, though you do have to admit since 12z modeling has become more clustered further East as far as over the Carolinas. Small shifts could mean the difference between 1-2 inches and .5 inches

We really need that 0z NAM run to verify here. We are in a D3 Severe drought. Probably had < 0.5 inches of rain since September 1st. Ponds and Lakes all down 3-5 feet.
