GFS grew more impressive with the ridge next week, and has 850s at 20C+ the middle of next week 
No different than in March and April when we have cold snaps. Just take a month or so to get everything realigned.
Yep, gonna love the extended pool time.
My company cut my traveling off again for covid, so I'm staying in Charleston for the past three weeks and I'll stay here indefinitely... I welcome the extended pool time as long as possible.

Someone north of Atlanta is fixing to get a lot of rain tonight. Looks like these storms are hardly moving.
Not only are they hardly moving, they keep expanding. I haven’t had rain like this since the flooding back in 2009.
For some reason I feel like we accidentally discovered some alien stuff by finding this and we just make up what they are … they just looks so crazy 
Radar estimates already showing over 5 inches in spots and no sign of this thing slowing down yet.
ICON 00z looks a little more like what we could be seeing temperature wise through mid September… upper 80s and maybe a 90 mixed in here and there towards the latter half
4.5 inches here and still coming down.
