Yes that lowering of the cloud base, probably a large wedge tornado. Note the green colored clouds that's a sign of a tornado as well.

The shot that Gage Shaw had was basically the same (wouldn't surprise me if they were in the same area). So eerie. This storm has had an unreal amount of lightning as well.

Besides the SW to SSW upper level flow, this right here will be the issue for severe weather through the overnight. It may be really hard for convection to stay orgainzed along with the high shear values.
