Pattern September 2024

Send the Rain. Spread 600 lbs of seed past 2 days. We took the model bait for the gulf cruiser to pass over late next week. What could possibly go wrong lol!
 
The National Weather Service in Raleigh has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Southeastern Person County in central North Carolina... Northeastern Orange County in central North Carolina... Southwestern Granville County in central North Carolina... North central Wake County in central North Carolina... Durham County in central North Carolina...

* Until 1215 AM EDT.

* At 1128 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Rougemont, or 10 miles south of Roxboro, moving south at 20 mph.

HAZARD... 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE... Radar indicated.

IMPACT... Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Durham, Creedmoor, Butner, Rougemont, Stem, Lake Michie, Falls Lake State Rec Area, Eno River State Park, Gorman, and Bahama.
 
If we're going to get perhaps a Hurricane Michael like scenario this week, I really hope this acts like how that hurricane acted in that it helps officially close the book on the heat.

Really disappointed in the fact that we're getting this kind of week, as most of the month has been just fine.

With all the rain thats fallen this summer, I really dont like how these models look for the mountains.
The SW has been runing below normal. Caveat is their normal is way higher than anyone elses, old Rain Forest effect out that way
