Andrew Johnson was charged with articles of impeachment; as was Bill Clinton; neither was "convicted" ... much as a person charged by the State Attorney who is later found "not guilty" by the jury ... the charge cannot be undone, but neither can the "acquittal"... Would anyone want it otherwise ... that is - the charge sticks for life but the decision does not?
..and does the same "badge" apply to Clinton as some seem to want to stick to Trump?
These are not comments on anything other than basic American justice, which I have given my life to, and do not wish to see polluted by politics from either side ...
