Back home from the beach. Feels a lot hotter here. WRAL saying we might have aome severe storms tomorrow.
97.7 today and 97.3 yesterday. It was tough working outside today.
Brutal. I somehow managed to get under multiple storms today for .5”, kept me at a 90.9F max.
For the camping folks. This is between Banner Elk and Beech Mountain ~4,900 feet in elevation:

It could be Crack smoking but the 3k nam has a 10 inch lollipop just to my south. Has me in 4 inch territory

If they're not on top of Brick's house, it's a bust.

They're not even close to the Triangle. Last time I checked that's what WRAL covered. The last two days they talked about storms here and nothing. They have been very bad for doing that lately.

Somehow the Atlanta airport was able to make it to 98 today despite nobody else nearby getting over 94.
