Low so far today at the Columbia airport is 73. All-time warmest November low is 70. I think that record is doomed.

If we found a way to progress the trough in the west and undercut the ridge building you could get a -nao for the first week of December. Instead we would probably see the ridge either oblierated or the western trough dig and we get into an ugly gradient/wedge look with no shot at winter weather

Already 1.32 here and the heavy stuff is yet to come. Tropical downpours surrounded by sun and another downpour. Very tropical and summer like in nature. Ac almost came on last night. This stinks out loud.
