Kind of looks similar with the way it just lopped it off clean. That's pretty much what happened with the WTC I think
I've been having flashbacks to that and the OKC bombing today

Collapsed Miami condo had been sinking into Earth as early as the 1990s, researchers say
The building had been sinking at an alarming rate - about 2 millimeters a year - according to a 2020 study.www.yahoo.com
How do you prevent that from happening? Is there anything you can do?Sinkhole. Figured
Nope. You can fill once it occurs but even that is dangerous. How do you prevent that from happening? Is there anything you can do?

Stop building on the coast, ground not able to withstand the weight of these buildings. How do you prevent that from happening? Is there anything you can do?
Not just coast all of south Florida . Miami was made possible by draining the swamps . Florida drained the swamps and drank up the aquifers now the land is sinking . This is what you get when you shove some 16 million people ( Orlando - Tampa - Miami) in an area never meant to hold massive metropolises .Stop building on the coast, ground not able to withstand the weight of these buildings.
Out of all the buildings on the beach it doesn't happen that often though...Stop building on the coast, ground not able to withstand the weight of these buildings.
Living in that state you should understand the risks that come with it. That’s why I don’t feel bad about hurricane. It comes with the territory.Out of all the buildings on the beach it doesn't happen that often though...
It wouldn't deter me from living on the beach.Living in that state you should understand the risks that come with it. That’s why I don’t feel bad about hurricane. It comes with the territory.
Not me either. Can’t be afraid because every state has its dangers. It wouldn't deter me from living on the beach.
I'd be more concerned about the relentlessness heat/humidity and lack of snow. Oh wait, same ---- where I live.It wouldn't deter me from living on the beach.
One time is too many.Out of all the buildings on the beach it doesn't happen that often though...
Spend a fortune on the foundation and dig piles down very deep maybe? It’s so porous down there I’m not even sure that would work. How do you prevent that from happening? Is there anything you can do?
Nobody should be allowed to live on the beach. Beaches are shifting areas of land . Precious habitats where 2 worlds meet . It’s a luxury to live on the beach these days not a necessity ( unlike past where cities grew up along the shore due to trade ) . The protection of that land is more important ! No more beach development !It wouldn't deter me from living on the beach.
If you lived at the beach you would disagree with your statement.Nobody should be allowed to live on the beach. Beaches are shifting areas of land . Precious habitats where 2 worlds meet .
