Things look MUCH better today as far as storm chances go. Storms already firing in the Foothills. Very summerlike pattern. Yesterday, it took until 4 until we started seeing action. Not sure why the NWS doesn't even has any pop for our areas today. Edit- maybe not. Although, modeling has been pitiful this last year, so who the hell knows?

Yeah, just goes to show how you really can't trust modeling in the summer time. It fails to pick up leftover boundaries, outflows, etc. We had a 30% yesterday and zero today.

Oddly enough it's a tale of 2 seasons. Despite being horrible dry the last 6-8 weeks PGV is actually still a little over an inch above normal year to date. Super wet early and bone dry in the spring.
