According to james spann the current little rain showers moving in will help to clear the skies some
 
I'm not liking the HRRR. Some storms make it up to here and still have some tornadic look to them. Have to watch them as they look to roll through N and Central AL. Unlike previous times, it's warmer and the sun is breaking the clouds so it may have a shot at destabilizing enough here for at least strong winds.
 
Not liking the wording and threat level. A couple intense tornadoes possible...
 
The tornado warned storm in mississippi about to head over alabama looks pretty healthy suprised it hasn't exploded in development yet given the open space it had.

A lot of these are now starting to "hook"...Looks like a long afternoon in Bama

Definitely more impressive than I thought with the leading convection staying more discrete. That said, so far it looks as low level helicity is staying low as modeled.
