It's gone be wrong imo, it has 0 over Bunn NC in franklin County. Ill sell you my IAU shares if Bunn NC doesn't get atleast 1 inch snow. Well see

Measured about 2.5” so far. Seen some reports of as much as 3” near my area. Starting to pick up a little bit once more as well.
Problem is the stuff to the east pivots south around Raleigh to avoid giving snow. It’s the world we live in.

Yeah I feel confident of 2-4” or maybe more if things go right, just wish we could’ve finally gotten that big dog! Oh well!I think we’re good, just gotta have patience

I am just south of Fayetteville just past the border of Robeson county and I am starting to think I am in dry slot purgatory here.
Check out IR sattelite. The storm is getting that shrimp look with a rapid enhancement in N' Ga. MY little band of love is perking up too...I think

Coming down hard here. Car next to me was cleaned off 5 minutes ago, already covered again. I'd guess 2". Also, quite windy now.

I've hit 3 inches here and it's still snowing lightly and adding up, plus I have one more solid band heading this way. Definitely doing way better than I had reasonably expected. Think I have a shot at 5.
Now long will it last in nc mountains?

We have moderate snow flurries in Eastman! This is the first time that I can ever recall snow falling twice in one calendar month here.
Yea you're in a weird spot. The evolution later today really looks to be zeroing in on a rectangle of heavier totals from Florence up to Dillon and east to Myrtle Beach up to around Holden Beach. Still wouldn't be shocked if you wind up with 2-3". Even a little moisture is going to a LONG way.

Sounds about right. Some convective cells getting ready to rotate up towards us to your northeast. I can buy our totals winding up on the higher side in the Pee Dee.

Interesting. I feel like TN has done pretty well over the last 5 years or so when it comes to snowfall events. It's a big reason why the whole "West of the Apps" and "East of the Apps" thing has become a big thing on these forums over the last 3-5 years or so.
Yeahhhh, might be the hardest its snowed so far.

Dry slot holding strong in East Cobb/Roswell GA. Nothing but flurries all day - while I watch ppl who live less than 10 miles from me post gorgeous snow pics. Oh well - I drew the short straw with this storm. Happy for everyone who’s getting the good stuff!!

Was stuck in the dry slot for like 3 hours. Snow finally picking back up. Radar looks like it’s trying to fill in and move that heavy band around lake Lanier a little more southwest.
At this point I think FFC can take Atlanta out of the warning lol. Everything here has evaporated and nothing is falling currently.
