It’s a TV stations model....not used by anyone but them. They don’t have an ice algorithm so it calculates out to snow, and the output is a ratings grab.

At least the bleeding stopped on the NAM. 00z run now shows a solid 3-4" for Dallas.

Unfortunately, the chances for 6"+ seem to be fleeting, as the 00z HRRR came in with lower amounts.

Very true....I just don’t buy it at all. However, we have seen models play catch up all throughout an event...actually, a lot of our big events is a constant model catch up game.... ?
