Pretty.

Lol what ? Models aren’t caving to the nam . It’s still a NW track outlier . 1-2 degree temp swings make a huge difference in precip types

I agree with the track but regards to precip types nam has had me sleet all along while every other major model had me snow. No 12z model has me with snow any longer. Only sleet. So they caved in my area

Get that low just a little to the southeast and we’re in business Wednesday night .Don’t see it happening tho

Just took a drive to get some gloves. I figured I'd go early, especially since it's normally not a ton of traffic on Sunday mornings.

Most folks were doing ok, but there were a few people driving way too fast.

The roads are in the worst type of condition though, with just enough accumulated snow/sleet mix to turn them into skating rinks (no traction what so ever).

I'm trying to figure out why you waited until today to get gloves ?

Anyone want to throw out a educated guess if this might expand any futher east of I65 into east central AL or should I just resign myself to the fact I will just be on the outside looking in...
All depends on the track of the low. If it crosses the panhandle and into south GA before turning north the ice could extend further east in central AL

Apparently Cantore is in Dallas...

Why are there like 7 reporters from TWC in Texas and surrounding states while there are none in the midwest ? There need to be reporters in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and maybe Cleveland !

There's a difference in the models with the low track. Either shooting up through Alabama or Pandhandle. I personally think shooting up through Pandhandle into Ga. Gotta love now cast

If trends continue, you will have to go to MS to get involved. This is not our storm in AL.
