July Surprise!

Got a Shetley situation going on here. Pouring nearby in every direction and I’ve got tumbleweed blowing my yard. Been this way for days.

It was a slow start to the month for me, but got pounded today with 2.5". I had .5" on Saturday and .5" last week, and 5" for the month of July. I know some areas have had more, and some way less, its interesting to see the radar returns in the same areas day after day.

Pretty much crushed. Non. Stop. Been like this since 5pm.

NAM tries to give me storms Friday.....but we look to be on blast for a while temp wise.....I hate July/Aug weak pulsey storms if your lucky and hottest days of the year.....I could go right from June 1st to Aug 15th and be a happy guy......

We’re working down in Santee and let me tell y’all, I’ve never been as hot as I’ve been the last two days. Real feel is over 100 degrees and that sun combined with the humidity and no wind is just total beatdown type of weather. You can’t escape it. My clothes are soaked by 9 am every morning. It’s like being a contractor for a utility company in Hell.

Are you sure you’re not in Wilkesboro?
