Wow, GSP picked up over 3.6 in in a couple hours this afternoon; but only a trace at my place. And man, dreading the highs these next few days! At least it looks to be pretty short lived.
I'm okay with this.

Man it’s a damn shame there’s no Convective response on Wednesday, these are some of the best hail soundings I’ve seen since spring 
So basically, given the latest model trends, we're merely seeing a repeat of what happened in June with the 2 week "hot" period, before returning back to what's been an otherwise unrelentless pattern of wet weather and below normal temps.
Ho-hum.

Wow that ridge is scary looking. Move that anymore to the west and hello heat wave. Hopefully we can keep that upper level low look. High 60s for the high in August? I'll take it.

Another interesting night had a storm nearby earlier then it cleared up and then we had stratiform rain for a bit after dark lol

That old outflow has fired up again and is bringing more rains to the area. Could see some.pretty crazy totals if this line continues to backbuild and train.
