Just that weather on planet earth is volatile, wild swings of temperature likey occur and the southeastern United states isn't always an ideal location for winter weather lol.
Fantastic response! If everyone understood this forecasters in the south might catch a break.

Lol I know when I read that I was thinking that has to be one of the most incredible statements I'd ever read. Bird activity and worms have far more validity...

We are nice guys for the most part.  Please don't muck it up by being detrimental to the "get along" community standards we have.  We aren't going to run off our good posters with the trolling and one liners.

- anyways, we are getting quite close to announcing some cool stuff.

And..  what in the!  What is this?!

Yall are so funny. It will be interesting to see how this plays out and see if we can actually have the negative undercut the big Ridge.

Couldn't had said it better myself. Personally I'm enjoying the spring like weather.

I think that that is the models trying to get us a big storm to look at in fantasy land. :)
The 12z GFS does have a powerful storm system in fantasy land. And the MB is at 993 at 312. Take the hint. Lol.

Food for thought. This is per NWSMemphis back in January 1880:

I will gladly take the warmth most are seeing. It has been 38 to 42 degrees here for 2 days now. We also have had showers and fog for 6 days straight. Talk about bone chilling cold. This is worse than when it was 10 degrees.

It's 72° and folks on here are as whiny and testy as ever. Get a life. I mean seriously, it'll get cold again, I promise.

Ice storms crippling the Midwest and we are the envy of folks up north.

HMMMMM. Stations in Texas Panhandle are reporting Thunder ZR... Can't remember ever seeing that...
I had some thunder ZR last year in Feb. That was my first time seeing lightning and hearing thunder during ZR.

Yeah for 2 days we've had temps right around normal for us in the 40-45 degree range. Hardly bone chilling cold for this area. Especially when you consider the night time temps haven't dropped much from the daytime temps.

If you are out in it , wet and 38 degrees is bone chilling. It feels much colder than a dry freezing temp. We actually talk about this quiet often in the duck blind. :)

Atlanta set a record high of 77 for the date, which would be normal for early May! The old record was 73 from 1937. From NWS Atlanta via Twitter.

This is from the 12z Euro (EPS). A ULL spins up from a front. This is looking way out there on the run but never the less, fun to look at. Still I believe that we will have some fun times ahead late month.

Yeah, been having that problem too. Seems they only show up after the next page gets created. Something weird happened.
Don't worry guys this problem will be solved soon. Our apologies.
